Triathlon

• The Washington State Senior Games has decided to discontinue its offering of a Triathlon.
• Anyone interested in participating in a triathlon, as a senior games competitor, should be aware of the rule that governs participation from the National Senior Games Association. That rule states that anyone that wishes to qualify for the national senior games triathlon only has to enter and finish ANY triathlon where the distances of the swimming, cycling and running events are similar to the distances of the national event (for example, 400M swim, 20K cycling, 5K road race).
• There are many triathlons in the Puget Sound region available to choose from where you may qualify for the National Senior Games.
