Fees:
- Registration fee: $35 ($25 if postmarked by May 20)
- Event fee: $10 per event

Registration Rules:
- No on-site registration is authorized.
- All athletes must check-in to their individual events at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start.
- If a participant wishes to be seeded, he/she must enter their best time during the past year on the registration form. Heats will be seeded according to times submitted. If no time is submitted, seeding will be random.
- All runners must wear assigned numbers for the distance races.
Format/Rules:
- USA Track and Field (USATF) rules and equipment standards apply, except as modified herein.
- The order of events and start times will be posted at the stadium and are listed below.

Track Events
- Only one false start will be allowed.
- Heats will be organized: women first - youngest to oldest.
- When participants check-in, they will receive their "bib number" if required.
- The track is rubberized and spikes up to 1/4" will be allowed and must be provided by the athlete.

Field Events
- Certified field event implements will be provided for use during the field events only, except for the pole vault.
- Refer to the track and field rules for the weights of the various throwing implements.
- Athletes will be permitted to use their own implements provided those implements have been certified.
- All distances and heights will be measured and recorded in meters to align with USATF standards (Rule 148.3 (b)).
- All events will be oldest to youngest.
- Shot, discus and javelin throwers must take a minimum of 2 throws each time they are called to throw. Each thrower will be allowed up to a total of 6 throws.
- Competitors in the long jump and triple jump will be allowed up to six (6) attempts. Long jump will be open pit format and available for jumping beginning at 10:00 am and concluding at noon.

- Park on the far side of C lot
- A current, valid USATF card is required for all competitors (Go to www.USATF.org for online purchase). Card must be presented at the venue. BC Athletics cards are accepted.
- No on-site registration is authorized.
- Athletes must check in to their individual events at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start.
- USATF rules and equipment standards apply. This is a USATF sanctioned competition.
- Athletes will be permitted to use their own implements provided those implements have been certified.
